MAGNOLIA VILLAGE COUNCIL
SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING February 16, 2020
The Special Meeting of Magnolia Village Council was called to order on February 16, 2020 at 4:00 PM at The Magnolia Village Hall by Mayor Travis Boyd. Members present were Grant Downes, Claudia Rogers, Jessica Miller, Jim Miller, Scott Noble and Molly Murphy.
Grant Downes made a motion to excuse Eric White from the meeting. The motion was seconded by Jessica Miller. All Ayes.
Jim Miller made a motion to hire Molly B. Murphy as Fiscal Officer effective 2/10/2020 at a rate of $15.00 while she is training. Claudia Rogers seconded the motion. All Ayes.
Grant Downes made a motion to appoint Mark Wadsworth to the Board of Public affairs effective March 1, 2020. Jessica Miller seconded the motion. All Ayes.
Meeting adjourned at 4:25 P.M
