During this unusual time, the Village of Magnolia will continue to operate but put the health and safety of everyone first. In this spirit, the July 8th, 2020 regular council meeting will not be at Village Hall but instead be held at the Magnolia Fire Department, located at 514 E Harrison Street in Magnolia.
The following procedures will be in place for the July 8th meeting at 7:00pm:
- The social distancing guidance from the Restaurants, Bars, Banquets, and Catering Facilities will be followed, including:
- Maintaining a 6’ distance from anyone when possible
- Tables and chairs will be at least 6’ apart
- Hand sanitizer will be available
- Facial coverings worn over the mouth, nose, and chin are recommended
The large overhead bay doors to the Magnolia Fire Station will be open to allow for as much natural air flow as possible.
Attendees should self-screen themselves for COVID-19 symptoms and not attend if any symptoms are present. If you have comments or issues that you would like to be discussed but are unable to attend the meeting, please use the Contact page to submit your comment.
While we will make every effort to conduct a smooth meeting as close to our normal proceedings as possible, this is an unusual situation. Please bear with us as we work to have the best meeting possible.
If you have any questions, please email email@example.com or call and leave a message at Village Hall at 330.866.2620 and your call will be returned as soon as possible.
